Paintings can be picked up at my studio with prior arrangements, or can be shipped in sturdy handmade wooden crates.  Shipping costs are the actual charges.

My paintings are recollections of the rich and inspiring landscapes I see around me, interpreting and creating the mood and feeling of weather, skies, and water.

1. Changing Weather

My paintings are locally and nationally known for their inventive, bold brushwork and color and use of rich glazes in the details on my canvases and panels.

A virtual visit to my studio and gallery provides a feast for the eyes, with medium to large oil paintings on canvas, baltic birch plywood, and framed oil on paper.

I have many small, affordable gouache (watercolor) paintings, signed giclee prints and artist printed greeting cards.

Where I Work

My studio and gallery in the village of Westminster West are surrounded by lush flower gardens, bird feeders, and a pond. A wonderful and inspiring place to paint!

Not far from home I can immerse myself in the drama of Vermont’s amazing skies, marshlands and pond-life which are recurring themes in my paintings. Dramatic skies, moody bogs and pond life fill canvases in my studio.

new Approaches

I am continually learning something new whenever I put brush and color to canvas, bringing a new perspective and vocabulary to my work.

I am excited by my newest series, which explores aging trees covered with lichens, moss, and mushrooms. My painting is continually evolving. This is extremely exciting and vital to me.

This is the joy!
